Robert L. Waltrip, III
A Texan native, Robert Waltrip’s first love for wine and spirits stemmed from his childhood years working his father’s and grandfather’s ranches. His experiences in his youth became the foundation for his respect of the soil, vine, and berry that creates his favored wines and spirits he features on menus today. You will see many cocktails he features on different menus are love letters to the regions and lands of the spirits that formed them.
