Why: Waltrip admits that, if he had to pick his “one wine love,” it would be anything with bubbles, whether from one of the great Champagne houses or a “creative and unique pet-nat” like this one, “a surefire winner” from Birichino’s Alex Krause and John Locke. He calls it “a party in a glass, flirting with floral aspects of honeysuckle and orange blossom followed by lush tropical fruits.
